Anurag Mohit is an accomplished Human Resource Leader & has experience of working in multi-billion dollar worldwide corporations across multiple sites.

Currently he is designated as VP - Compensation & Benefits for Emerging Markets & Japan. In his role, he is responsible for more than 100+ countries. He has been working with IBM for the last 16 years & performed different HR leadership role in areas like HR Generalist, Learning & Development, HR Business Development for India & outside India regions.

Before Joining IBM he worked with organizations like Ericsson, Apollo Tyres & Danfoss India Ltd. He is currently located in Pune.
