Bhuvan, as he likes to be addressed, is the Vice President and Head of Human Resources, SAP India Sub-continent. Additionally, he is also on the Board of Directors of SAP Labs India Pvt. Ltd. Bhuvan has two decades of Human Resources experience of which 18 years have been in leadership roles in global organizations like SAP, Capgemini, Yahoo! and Taj Group of Hotels.

More than half of Bhuvan's career spans across various SAP entities: Prominent leadership roles at SAP include Head of Human Resources for SAP Labs India, Board Assistant, and Vice President of Global HR Shared Services. Prior to rejoining SAP in Jan 2010, he was the Vice President - People Processes, APAC, Financial Services, Capgemini, and prior to that he was Country manager Human Resources at Yahoo! India.

He graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Calicut and holds a Master of Arts in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.
