About the Study - How the Top Companies Were Selected
Founded in 2001, the Aon Hewitt Top Companies for
Leaders study is one of the most comprehensive
longitudinal studies of talent management and leadership
practices around the globe. It provides a level playing
field to all participants across all regions. All participants
have to go through a rigorous process that details every
aspect of their talent strategy and implementation.
While the talent strategy and implementation needs to
be robust, the study evaluates the impact and hence the
outcome, both in terms of financial outperformance and
in terms of culture, of the talent leadership and branding.
The data of the shortlisted companies gets presented
to a global jury and it is after their screening and
debates that we are presented with the list of winners.
