For years, we as consumers have had an option to customize our cuisine, hair colour, closets and even our homes. As employees however, our choices continue to be limited and our employment deal offers no real scope for customization in rewards programs. With the changing dynamic world, our preferences on Rewards are also fast changing basis our lifestage and career stage. Be it married employees, new mothers, Gen Ys or baby boomers, we all have different set of expectations from our rewards programs.
Towards this objective, Aon Hewitt has for the first time in India launched an employee preference study which will help understand employee preferences and current levels of satisfaction across several elements of rewards and see how these preferences vary by demographics. The study will provide us with powerful insights around employee preferences and will help us answer the following:
