Complimentary Participation and Results

There is no fee to participate in this survey. All participants who provide a complete submission will receive complimentary access to survey results via e-mail and print. To access results from the 2024 survey, your health system must participate; the report is not available for purchase. All participants can access data cuts that allow you to benchmark your benefits program to other health systems in your region.

How Long Will It Take to Complete?

• For Aon full-service Health Solutions clients: The Strategy Questionnaire will take on average 45 minutes to 1 hour to complete.
• For all others: You will need to complete two steps:
  • Step 1: The Strategy Questionnaire will take on average 45 minutes to 1 hour to complete.
  • Step 2: Compiling documents for the data request will take on average 10 minutes.

• Who Should Participate?
  This survey is designed for health system decision makers, including individuals with the following titles: CHRO, VP of HR or senior HR/benefits associates.

• How long will it take to complete the survey?
  In most cases, the Strategy Questionnaire takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour to complete. However, some participants will take longer to complete it based on their organization’s practices. It will be most efficient to review the questions linked below first to ensure you have all of the responses ready to input in the questionnaire.

• Who is best suited to complete the Strategy Questionnaire portion?
  This survey is designed for health system decision makers, including individuals with titles such as CHRO, VP of HR or senior HR/benefits associates. Respondents must have visibility into their benefits offerings and a broad understanding of strategic initiatives around talent recruitment and retention; diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging; and employee engagement.

• When are submissions due?
  The deadline for all submissions is May 24, 2024.

• Can I download and preview a copy of the survey questionnaire?
  Yes, you can preview the questionnaire in a PDF format by clicking here. Please note: The PDF questionnaire is for informational purposes only; you must submit responses online to join the survey.

• What type of data is collected in this survey?
  This survey collects general information on HR and benefits strategy as well as health plan design, cost and utilization metrics. Member-level data is not collected.

• What are some highlights from last year’s survey?

• Will my answers remain confidential?
  Yes, all individual responses will remain confidential. Results will only be published in an aggregated manner in accordance with best practices for maintaining data confidentiality.

• When will the survey results be ready?
  The survey results will be shared in October 2024.

Aon Health Solutions clients will need to complete Step 1 only. All others will need to complete both Step 1 and Step 2.
