Applications for the 2022 Apprenticeship Programme have now closed.
Applications for the 2023 Apprenticeship Programme will open this Autumn.
Complete an online application
This is your first chance to make a good impression. So be sure to make it count. As well as looking at your academic achievements, we’ll be looking for evidence that you’re a well-rounded individual with bags of potential. Keep this front of mind when responding. (Please note that all long application answers have a 250 word limit)
Online Video Interview
Once you’ve met the requirements at the Application stage, you’ll be invited to record answers to a number of short interview questions. These will be strength and scenario-based questions where we will present you with a number of real life situations that you may face whilst on our Apprenticeship programme and will probe areas including your motivation for the role.
Attend an Assessment Centre
Next, we’ll put you to the test through a range of group and individual exercises. Depending on your performance, you could be offered a position at this stage.
Interviews, receiving an offer and beyond
In some instances, you may be invited to a final formal interview which will focus on:
- Your knowledge about our business and the industry
- Your motivation
- Your attitude
Our events provide an excellent chance for you to get to know more about the opportunities Aon has to offer and to meet people who can answer your questions.
