We're Hiring

Hiring for the 2021 Aon Apprenticeship Program is now closed. Our 2021 program will welcome new apprentices in Greater Washington D.C., Northern California, Chicago, Philadelphia, Minneapolis-St. Paul, Houston and New York. Stay tuned for updates on when applications for the 2022 program open.

What to Expect

All apprentices who apply to the program are asked to complete a 20-minute, on-demand video interview, a short “Work Styles” Assessment, and then a final-round interview with Apprentice managers and various local Aon colleagues.

Getting Started

Those who are accepted into the program must provide proof of school enrollment with one of Aon’s partner community colleges. Once Aon offers have been made, the last steps will be to take a college readiness exam (if not already completed) and begin onboarding at Aon in anticipation of an August start date and orientation into the program. We can’t wait for you to join us!

Salaried Position, Paid-For Tuition

Apprentices spend 40 hours per week, split between work and attending classes to complete their Associate's Degree with a concentration in business. Aon covers salary, benefits, tuition, fees and books.
