President Signs Executive Order on IVF
On February 18, 2025, the President signed an Executive Order (see Fact Sheet: President Donald J. Trump Expands Access to In Vitro Fertilization (IVF)) addressing access to IVF. Trump Administration Issues Executive Order Addressing IVF
On February 18, 2025, President Trump signed an Executive Order (EO) on expanding access to in vitro fertilization (IVF). The EO directs the Domestic Policy Advisor to the President to make recommendations “on protecting IVF access and aggressively reducing out-of-pocket and health plan costs for IVF treatment” within ninety days of the EO.
