IRS Releases Early Draft 2025 Forms 1094-C/1095-C
On June 9, 2025, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) released the text of the following early draft forms:

• Draft 2025 IRS Form 1094-C: Transmittal of Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage Information Returns; and
• Draft 2025 IRS Form 1095-C: Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage.
