HRMS SaaS Model - Aon Hewitt HRMS solution enables organizations to address the HR automation requirements and allows it to manage key aspects of Human resources services which include the following: Employee Data Management with workflows, Performance Management, Leave Management, Time & Attendance Management along with integrated reporting and analytics. Aon Hewitt offers three levels of on-line services and query resolution.

  • On- Line services provided through a proprietary web portal. This enables employees to access their real-time pay and benefit information 24X 7 and transact over the web for claims. Aon Hewitt has also successfully implemented Single-Sign-On for a large number of clients
  • E- Mail Query Resolution : Employees can raise queries via e-mail and obtain resolutions that are governed by stringent timelines.
  • Call Centre Support : Voice Support services during normal business hours are provided in certain markets

Document Management System - Aon Hewitt’s document management system is used to track and store electronic documents. It is also capable of keeping track of the different versions modified by different users (history tracking). It can be used as an integrated solution with our HR applicationw.
