How do leading Swiss companies structure their fringe benefits policies?
Fringe benefits are a powerful tool for supplementing cash compensation offering employers a large spectrum of possibilities for structuring attractive and unique employee compensation packages.
Given the success and positive feedback from the previous surveys in 2008 and 2011, it has been decided to conduct a new survey in 2013. The survey covers a broad range of benefits offered by companies in addition to the legal benefits and/or those granted by collective bargaining agreements. The survey investigates the diffusion of the various fringe benefits, shedding light on how companies structure and communicate fringe-benefit packages.
