Aon Hewitt's Top Companies for Leaders (TCFL) study is one of the most comprehensive studies on organizational leadership practices around the globe. Our first study results, published in 2002, uncovered a link between financial success and great leadership practices and identified differentiating elements found only in Top Companies. The study has been conducted in APAC and globally every alternate year ever since.

This year's study was the first of its kind, with an Indian edition. The focus was on identifying leadership best practices specific to the country. Our partner for the India study was The Economic Times. The study was supported by the L&OD Roundtable.
