Virginia Enacts Paid Sick Leave Law
Most employers must provide paid sick leave that meets the minimum requirements under the law to Virginia employees by July 1, 2027. Changing legal obligations regarding paid leave in the Commonwealth of Virginia may require employers to revisit their time away strategy.
