Seattle Increases Hotel Employer Health Care Spending Requirement for 2027
The Seattle Office of Labor Standards issued its annual update to the health care expenditure (HCE) rates for 2027. Employers subject to Seattle’s Improving Access to Medical Care for Hotel Employees Ordinance should take note of the increased 2027 HCE rates in meeting their HCE obligations.
