Ayush is currently managing HR for Swiggy (food tech startup based out of Bangalore). Prior to this, he was heading HR for Groupon India (now called nearbuy). He was with Groupon for 1.5 years.

He started his career with Accenture and worked there for 6.5 yrs. He has worked in various verticals within HR (Talent Acquisition, HR Generalist, Centre of Excellence) across industries (IT/ITES) and is currently loving the vibe, energy and the buzz in the startup phase at the moment.
