Geetika joined Urban Ladder as the Director - HR Team in
early 2015. She started her career post MBA with Cadbury India and has 9+
years of post MBA human resources experience including recruiting,
training, performance management, career development, employee relations,
engagement, compensation & benefits, payroll & compliance.
Prior to Urban Ladder, she was employed with PUMA India as
the Head of Human Resources for 7 years where she worked with the
management team, that was setting up the India operations of the Germany
brand, in defining and implementing key HR processes & systems around
organization design & culture, training, recruiting, performance
management, employee engagement, compensation & benefits and more.
Currently her priority areas are building a strong culture,
strengthening the HR processes and attracting and hiring the right talent
for her organization. |
