managing change & transformation, performance management and rewards
strategy & design. He leverages his business perspective to share insights
on expectations from HR, and link global trends on HR evolution with
emerging needs. His in-depth operations and people management experience
assist in appreciating set-up challenges, present on-ground solutions and
manage outcomes within constraints.
He partners with leading industry forums as a thought leader, and is a
speaker at several annual seminars and international HR forums including
the Global Learning Conference of the Association of HR Professionals in
Sri Lanka, the LBR LBO Summit 'Building future ready enterprises', and the
All India Management Association etc.
Tarandeep manages key relationships for Aon Hewitt in India & Sri
Lanka. Some of his recent clients include: Deutsche Bank, Infotech,
Godrej, Reliance, Hatton National Bank, Sri Lanka, Janalakshmi Finance,
SLK Software and Shahi Exports Tarandeep is MBA in HR from Xavier Labor
Relations Institute (XLRI), Jamshedpur, India. He is a Certified Hogan
coach and PG in French from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, India. He
holds honors degree in BSc. (Mathematics, Statistics and
