Aon’s 2025 Europe Pay Transparency Study reflects feedback from 400 HR and rewards professionals to understand how they are approaching and progressing towards achieving pay transparency and pay equity.

With significant global traction being seen in the areas of pay equity and transparency, Aon has conducted this study to assess the readiness of global organisations in addressing local and regional pay transparency legislations.

The study covers topics such as:

  • Identifying the critical factors driving a stronger focus on pay transparency and equity issues;
  • Developing an effective communication strategy around pay equity and transparency;
  • Understanding how organisations are communicating salary ranges when recruiting for open positions; and
  • Recognising the importance of a robust and analytical job evaluation methodology.
