How to participate
To take part in the study, your organization needs to complete two surveys:
- Employee Opinion Survey – a questionnaire to be completed by your employees. It measures the four Best Employer indices (Employee Engagement, Effective Leadership, High Performance Culture and Compelling Employer Brand) and the satisfaction level on various engagement drivers.
- People Practices Survey – a questionnaire to be completed by the Human Resources Department. It looks into the philosophies, policies and practices which affect people in your organization.
Participation is strictly confidential. Only those organizations named by Aon Hewitt as Best Employers are identified publicly.
We may audit some of the participating organizations at random to ensure the accuracy of the data provided and to maintain the rigor of the study.
