Senior Account Executive / Account Manager, GRM (RM & Corporate Accounts)

The Roles:

  • Design and provide placement service for global, RM and corporate clients / prospects with the best practice of the company
  • Update accurately and promptly our system (incl. GRIP)

  • Collect and report insurance market intelligence for local and international markets

  • Collect and prepare market trend analysis

  • Provide technical support and market news to Client Management Team and other working teams

Our Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing , Economics or Diploma in Insurance Studies

  • Good grasp in property and liability insurance , employee compensation insurance placement, with experience in the China market is preferred

Senior Manager / Associate Director, FSPG

The Roles:

The incumbent will be primarily responsible for the management of large financial institution clients including client servicing, broking and claims monitoring independently. Duties include:

  • Provide technical support to the team, drive FI business development and lead the FI team

  • Handle a portfolio of big financial institution clients

  • Update accurately and promptly our system (incl. GRIP)

  • Work closely with insurance market

  • Assist in administering/maintaining the cover at a service level in according to best practice of the company

Our Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or Diploma in Insurance Studies

Account Manager, Bancassurance

The Roles:

  • Manage the existing clients’ accounts

  • Drive business growth by developing additional business from current portolio

  • Build and strengthen business relationship with bank’s officers

  • Handle premium collection and insurance claim

  • Negotiate insurance terms with underwriters

Our Requirements:

  • Over 5 years marketing experience in insurance
  • Holder of professional qualifications such as Senior ANZIIF or CII

Assistant Supervisor / Account Executive, Motor

The Roles:

  • Handle Jaguar scheme, misc. scheme (e.g. Volvo, Peugeot, Rolls Royce) and Pet Insurance

  • Pre-approve the special/problem case insurance proposal of the above schemes by fax

  • Handle phone call from salesman

  • Communicate with Insurer

  • Prepare letter to clients (e.g. short period letter)

  • Prepare monthly reports (e.g. outside scheme report, penetration and renewal report)

Our Requirements:

  • At least 3 years experience in insurance, preferably in Motor Insurance

The Roles:

  • Lead and/ or participate in audits evaluating the adequacy of controls for business units and/ or key business processes

  • Make or assist in oral and written presentations to management throughout and at the conclusion of the examination by discussing process and control deficiencies

  • Recommend corrective actions and other suggestions for improvements in operations and/ or reductions in costs

  • Prepare the initial draft of the audit report for the Audit Manager’s review and ensure audit comments are clear, concise and focused on the root cause of the issue

Our Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines with recognized accounting or auditing professional qualifications (e.g. CPA/ Chartered Accountant/ Certified Internal Auditor) preferred
  • Minimum 4 years audit experience gained from Big Four and/ or multi-national corporations, financial institutions

The Roles:

The position is primarily responsible for managing key clients and projects in the area of Broad-Based Rewards and Executive Compensation consulting, as well as marketing and business development in the two content areas. This position provides you with an opportunity to work with a team of international professionals in rewards.

  • To source and lead the delivery of medium to large sized projects in the area of Executive Compensation and Broad-Based rewards consulting, including executive compensation and long term incentive design, executive remuneration reviews, short term incentive design, remuneration structure design

  • To support the firm's business development activities through marketing events, lead generation and proposals

  • To manage key client relationships in the area of Executive Compensation and Broad Based Rewards consulting

  • To mentor junior associates in the Consulting team, and provide support on content and project management

Our Requirements:

  • 7+ years of work experience, with at least 3-5 years in the area of Executive Compensation and Broad-Based Rewards Consulting
  • Ability to manage internal and external clients, build rapport and credibility and present to current and potential clients
  • Familiarity with key regulations around corporate governance in HK (additional knowledge of the same in other major markets like the US, UK, Singapore and Australia, etc, will be an added advantage)
  • Familiarity with HKFRS and other accounting standards relevant to Executive Compensation design, as well as relevant corporate and personal income tax considerations
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proven ability in coordinating and liaising with multiple parties within and across geographies
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
