Aon At One with the Community encourages employees to become involved in supporting local communities. 

Diversity and inclusion 

Valuing diversity is about fair treatment for all, and ensuring that we do not consciously or unconsciously perpetuate any form of discrimination at Aon. 

The environment 

We aim to improve our sustainability by reducing our impact on the environment, as well as having a positive environmental effect whenever possible.
