Tracy-Lee Kus is Co-Chief Executive Officer of Aon EMEA and a member of Aon’s Executive Committee. She jointly leads the region with specific responsibility for the UK, Ireland, South Africa and the Middle East, working with her Co-CEO counterpart and Aon’s global leadership to deliver the firm’s 3x3 Plan through an integrated, client-centered operating model.

She serves on the boards of the London and International Insurance Brokers’ Association (LIIBA) and the London Market Group, contributing to the bodies that shape the competitiveness and future of the London Market. She is also a board member of Insurance United Against Dementia, the industry’s charitable campaign in support of the Alzheimer’s Society.

Tracy-Lee’s career spans more than 30 years across underwriting and broking in South Africa, the United Kingdom and Asia. Before her current role she was CEO of Aon’s Global Broking Centre in London, and prior to that Head of Commercial Risk, Asia Pacific.

She has held seats on the APAC and UK Executive Teams and is on the boards of both Aon UK and Aon New Zealand. She is recognized internally and externally for combining commercial discipline with the patience to build teams that perform under pressure.

Tracy-Lee mentors women across the industry and works to widen the routes into insurance for under-represented talent.

She holds a B.Com. Hons. (Economics) and a B.A. (Literature) and was named one of Insurance Business Asia’s Elite Women in 2024.
