European Reward Governance Survey 2015

Aon Hewitt are partnering with ESCP Europe Business School and Vlerick Business School to conduct a study examining the current trends and practices around Reward Governance in Europe.

The survey investigates the degree to which multi-national organisations centralise their reward programmes, the reasons for doing so and the effects centralisation has on the effectiveness of reward programmes across the organisation.

The survey covers the following areas:

  • Reward procedures
  • Base pay management
  • Short- and long-term incentive schemes
  • Employee benefits
  • Non-financial rewards

Survey participants will enjoy the following benefits:

  • Free copy of the results report
  • 50% discount on Aon Academy training courses ‘Reward Fundamentals’ and ‘Reward Strategy’ held in May in London
  • 10% discount on the Global Reward Management Programme held by ESCP Europe and Vlerick Business School.

For more information on the courses and application criteria or if you have questions regarding the survey, please contact Michael Tekieli on +49 30 320 072 12.

The survey takes 15-30 minutes to complete.

Data submission deadline is 29 May, and the results are available on 10 August.
