Ashwani is a purpose driven global HR leader. An alumni of SRCC Delhi and XLRI Jamshedpur, he has more than 22 years of rich HR experience spread across variety of Fortune 500 enterprises in different geographies of the world.

In his current role, Ashwani is the Sr. EVP and Group Head of Performance, Rewards & Organization Development at Reliance Industries. Prior to this, he was the APAC Rewards Head at American Express, based out of Singapore; while also managing their global portfolios of Wellness, Healthcare and HR analytics. Ashwani is known for innovation, creating high performing teams, impactful shareholder outcomes and employee advocacy. He is on the Global Advisory Board of World at Work and has been featured or quoted in leading media such as Financial Times, Times of India, Economic Times, Business Today, CNBC, World at Work and Hindustan Times on multiple occasions.
