Vijay is working as Vice President & Head Human Resources - India and Mexico at JK Tyre & Industries Limited. Based in the Corporate office in Delhi, he is responsible for the entire gamut of HR in 6 plants in India, 3 plants in Mexico and Sales Offices spread over different metros in India and abroad.

He has over 30 years of experience in Human Resource Management & Development. He has previously worked in with Bayer India Limited, Bombay Dyeing Group, KEC International Limited, Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited and Greaves Cotton Limited.
