Ketika leads large projects across all industries in Rewards practice in the Northern Region. Prior to this she led FMCG and Pharma Industry vertical within the rewards practice in India. Before these roles, Ketika was part of the Executive Compensation and Corporate Governance solutions in India. She is the Project Manager of most large scale M&A / Integration projects in Rewards in the Pharma space.
She has led many compensation benchmarking, diagnostic and design projects across sector. She has also led projects involving executive compensation benchmarking & design, long term incentive design, short term incentive design, role profiling, job evaluation, rewards benchmarking, pay range design and compensation structuring. She has also worked extensively in the areas of organization transformation and re-structuring, including change management and communication consulting.
She has led an 8 month long Compensation & Benefits Harmonization project for a Pharmaceutical company in India (headquartered in Germany) last year. Some of her key clients are Merck, Abbott, HUL, Asian Paints, DRL, Pepsi, J&J, Airtel. Ketika is the Job Evaluation subject matter expert and has worked on multiple job evaluation projects using standard and custom approaches within India and Middle East. She has more than 10 years of experience within Aon Hewitt.
She has a Masters in Human Resource Management, Management Development Institute Gurgaon (MDI Gurgaon), India & a Bachelors in Information Technology. |
