Manoj has about 20 years of experience encompassing various verticals of HR function (both HR & IR) at Corporate & Factory level. He has to his credit a double Masters in Psychology and Management with specialization in HR & Marketing from Bhopal University.

Before joining Vedanta, Manoj was with the Aditya Birla Group for about 19 years as Jt. President, Corp. Human Resources for flagship ABG Company Hindalco Industries leading Rewards & Benefits, Performance Management, JAE and Online HR System portfolio at its Corporate Office, Mumbai. He has worked with teams belonging to Multi Cultures & Geography such as USA, Brazil, Australia, South Africa, UAE, Zambia, Namibia, Ireland, India etc. across sectors such as Chemicals, Cement, Aluminium, Copper, Zinc, Oil & Gas and Mining & Power.
