Navneet is an Industry Leader with Aon Hewitt's Compensation practice in South Asia. In this current role, he leads Aon Hewitt's Compensation business for the Manufacturing & Services Industry vertical which includes Automobile, Chemicals, Cement, Engineering, Oil & Gas, Power, Telecom, Retail, Hospitality, Media, Real Estate & Infrastructure, Professional Services sub-sectors. Additionally, Navneet holds extensive experience in the Pharmaceutical & FMCG sectors.

Navneet specializes in the area of Rewards Philosophy Design, Compensation & Benefits Benchmarking, Compensation Structuring / Audit & Design, Benefits Audit / Diagnostic, Pay Design & Implementation, Compensation Harmonization, Compensation Implementation & Trans-positioning. He has also led multiple due diligence / M&A projects from a Compensation & Benefits harmonization stand-point and has been involved both audit, pre-merger as well as post-merger work. Navneet also acts as the lead facilitator for Aon Hewitt's Learning Center (AHLC) programs. Navneet has overall 12+ years of consulting experience with Aon Hewitt across various offices and practice areas.

Navneet holds a Bachelors in Commerce from Delhi University.
