Sanjay comes from the Civil Services background having served the Indian Civil Services for ten years before moving to the corporate world with Dr. Reddy's. In Dr. Reddy's, he handled multiple responsibilities including the Compensation & Benefits Head and Head HR for their Global Generics business. He moved to Tata Motors in 2011 as Head HR for their Commercial Vehicles and International Business.

He is currently working as an Executive Vice - President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Crompton Greaves Limited. He is an MA from JNU and MBA from NTU (Nanyang Technological University), Singapore. Sanjay has an extensive experience of handling HR for international operations, M&As, Leadership Development and Industrial Relations.
