Mr. Sandeep Chaudhary is the Chief Executive Officer, India for Aon Hewitt Consulting. He spearheads all areas of consulting that include Talent & Leadership, Engagement, M&A, Performance & Rewards and Retirement. Mr. Chaudhary is also a member of the Asia Pacific Leadership Team.

In his previous assignment with the firm he was a Senior Partner and led the Performance and Rewards consulting practice. He has 16 years of consulting experience, out of which 13 years have been with Aon Hewitt. Mr. Chaudhary is a subject matter expert in goal setting, performance management, broad-based, executive and sales compensation. He has worked extensively with local, multinational and state owned enterprises. His work includes all critical aspects of Total Rewards-reward strategy, base pay design, benchmarking, job evaluation & organization grading / leveling, incentive design, sales commission, Mergers & Acquisitions.

He partners with industry forums as a thought leader and is a speaker at annual seminars and international HR forums like The Conference Board, EIU, NHRD India and NASSCOM. Mr. Chaudhary has authored articles and shared perspectives on HR and Rewards in leading Indian and Asian media publications.

Mr. Chaudhary joined Aon Hewitt from Watson Wyatt, where he set up the Rewards Consulting practice in India. Before this, he had a stint in Executive Search with Amrop.
