Mr. Yvan Legris is the Global Chief Executive Officer for Aon Hewitt Consulting. The business unit covers Retirement and Investment consulting, Performance Reward and Talent, Mergers & Acquisition Solutions and Communication consulting.

He is responsible for developing and delivering Aon Hewitt's Global Consulting Strategy, which include ensuring levels of client customer service, identifying opportunities to expand and grow the business, improving productivity across the Consulting practice areas, and leading the firm's relationship with some of Europe's largest companies.

Prior to his appointment as Global Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Legris was the Chief Executive Officer for Aon Hewitt in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Under his leadership the region experienced solid growth in 2011. Investment Consulting, Health & Benefits, Talent & Rewards and Benefit Administration all showed positive growth across the region, and margins improved by 300bp driven by cost synergies realized as part of the merger between Aon and Hewitt. He is a member of Aon Hewitt's Executive Committee.

Mr. Legris graduated with first class honors from the London School of Economics and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries.
He is based in London.
