Ms. Radhika Gopalkrishnan is the Partner at Aon Hewitt Consulting.

As a Partner at Aon Hewitt, she leads the Leadership Consulting practice for India. She has extensive experience in the area of competency design and assessment, and has led some of Aon Hewitt's largest assignments in India and Middle East.

With over 14 years of experience; Ms. Gopalkrishnan's work has spanned across industry and her assignments have been with clients in FMCG, Healthcare, Manufacturing, IT, Media, Banking and Financial Services companies.

Ms. Gopalkrishnan has been instrumental in leading, designing and executing key development centers and has played the role of assessors in many client assignments. She played pivotal roles in defining the role of the sales team of a leading Indian pharma client, followed by design and assessment of Development Centres and recommendations for the group, to aligning to their aggressive strategy for India.

She holds a Master's Degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and Master of Arts in Economics from Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics.
