Mr. Judhajit Das started his career in 1995 with the RPG Group, a diversified conglomerate and has worked in multiple businesses spanning manufacturing and the services sector. He joined GE Capital in the credit cards division in August 1999 and subsequently moved to ICICI Prudential Life Insurance in November, 2000. He has been leading the HR team at ICICI Prudential Life since August, 2005.

Mr. Das has been Chair of the CII Western Region HR & Training Committee for the period 2011-2013. Currently, he is member of the Executive Committee of the National HRD Network, Mumbai chapter and member of the HR Committee of the Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI).

He graduated in Economics from Jadavpur University, Kolkata and is an alumnus of XLRI, Jamshedpur.
