Mr. Marcus Underhill is Regional Director, Integrated Benefits Solutions at Aon in Asia Pacific, based in Singapore.

He has over 20 years' experience in flexible benefits and total reward solutions and has worked with over 20% of the FTSE 100 on arrangements giving employees choice. He has worked with major multinationals in the finance, IT and healthcare sectors on global choice design and implementation.

Now within Aon, he is responsible for embedding our client solutions within large complex organisations and ensuring project success.

His career includes 10 years as Head of Flexible Benefits Consulting for Mercer EMEA followed by five years in start-up technology companies providing global solutions for employee enrolment and data insights.

Mr. Underhill is a regular speaker at World at Work events and Asia Pacific HR Summits in Asia.

He is a qualified Actuary and wrote the only paper to date on flexible benefits pricing for the Institute of Actuaries. He has a first class Honours Degree in Actuarial Science from City University London.
