Geraldine Brassett, Client Director

Geraldine is a Client Director within Aon Hewitt’s pension administration business. As well as providing strategic direction to her own portfolio of large third party administration clients, Geraldine also provides support on broader client initiatives such as the analysis, client impact and implementation of legislative and market changes. Geraldine has a wide experience of all aspects of administration from both an in-house and third party perspective and has extensive technical knowledge and practical experience covering benefits delivery, governance and management. Geraldine is an FPMI and is also a member of PMI Council and a TPAS advisor.

Colin Hamilton, Commercial Director

Colin Hamilton is Commercial Director for Benefits Administration at Aon Hewitt. He has over 20 years pensions industry experience, specialising in pensions administration and outsourcing, and during this time has performed a variety of operational management and business development roles. Colin heads up Aon Hewitt's Benefits Administration Commercial Team, with overall responsibility for new business growth, both in the UK and EMEA. He is also passionate about the importance of market engagement and is heavily involved in shaping Aon Hewitt's administration solutions to ensure they remain aligned to the needs of members, trustees and sponsors alike.

Andrew Woolnough, Client Director

Andrew has worked in the field of employee reward and flexible benefits for over 10 years. He was previously head of Flexible Benefits at Enrich Reward, where he was responsible for all aspects of proposition design, development, benefit provider negotiation and the launch of its online benefits business. Prior to that, he was with 4th Contact, one of the early pioneers of flexible benefits technology as Partner Director, and at Jelf Group, as Director of Benefits Management.

As the Client Development Director at Aon Hewitt with the responsibility of being the commercial lead of the Flexible Benefits Outsourced Administration Business, Andrew's knowledge and experience will continue to drive innovative approaches, advising organisations on how to implement successful and sustained online employee reward strategies.
