Aon M&A and Transaction Solutions further strengthens its leading market position
It is with great pleasure we can announce that Aon M&A and Transaction Solutions have recruited three new colleagues to its Nordic Transaction Solutions Team:
Christel Nokkala will join Aon in May as a Transaction Solutions specialist based in Helsinki. Christel has more than 6 years of experience from working with private M&A and she joins from Roschier where she has been since 2014 in a role as Senior Associate. Christel also has experience from being a tax advisor at EY.
Caroline Karlsson will join Aon in June and will take on the role as Head of Transaction Solutions in the Nordics. Caroline joins from Mannheimer Swartling and has some 10 years of experience from being an M&A lawyer and most recently held a position as Senior Associate.
Ida Kindseth will join Aon in May as a Transaction Solutions specialist. Ida will be based in Oslo and she has previously held positions at KPMG and most recently has been an M&A-associate with a local insurance broker.

These hires bring the M&A team in the Nordics to 10 professionals committed to Securing Investments and Enhancing Returns for Aon’s clients.
Together with the recent hires made in Germany, Netherlands, Spain, UK, France, and Italy; Aon has more than 35 professionals in EMEA dedicated to Transaction Solutions – making Aon the largest dedicated M&A insurance team in Europe with further expansion expected in near future.
