Aon Hewitt Global Automotive Compensation Group

Automotive Compensation Survey
Driven by the need for high-quality, industry-specific compensation data, Aon Hewitt has launched a compensation survey that addresses some of the Automotive firm’s main challenges, e.g. availability of globally consistent data, coverage of industry-specific positions, data pool including Producers and Supplier. Aon Hewitt has developed a pragmatic position matching approach and results format with the Steering Group. In the second year 2015, the survey is growing to cover 80 specializations in several job families (Engineering, Manufacturing, Research & Development/Design, Project/Program Management, Sales/Marketing, Quality, Purchasing) and 19 hierarchical levels on Executive, Management, Professional and Blue Collar/Administration career paths. The survey is growing to cover 64 countries across the globe, with almost 150 participating companies in year two.
