LONDON, 13 January 2026 – Aon plc (NYSE: AON), a leading global professional services firm, today announced the launch of My Pension Planner, a digital retirement planning tool designed to help UK pension scheme members manage their retirement planning with a comprehensive, self-directed approach. The launch highlights Aon’s commitment to using technology to improve the experience of pension scheme members and to help trustees and sponsors deliver better retirement outcomes via their existing administration platforms.
My Pension Planner, is a member-led, integrated planning tool that enables users to build a comprehensive retirement plan by bringing together all pension arrangements including State Pension entitlements. The tool supports employees and members at every stage of their retirement journey with:
- Modelling and education for in-scheme defined benefit options that enable users to see the impact of opting to take benefits such as pension increase exchanges and bridging pension options;
- Educational resources to compare a member’s projected income to Retirement Living Standards and the ability to identify actions to address any shortfalls;
- Different scenarios to show members what happens if their investments perform better or worse than expected, or if they should live longer than anticipated.
