LONDON, 16 June 2025 –
Aon plc (NYSE: AON), a leading global professional services firm, has announced Ben Roe as head of UK Retirement within Wealth Solutions, effective immediately.
Currently senior partner and head of defined contribution (DC) consulting in the UK, as well as Aon's global DC wealth strategy leader, Roe joined Aon 21 years ago and has worked with trustee and corporate clients, and across both defined benefit (DB) and DC pension schemes.
Roe will report to Michael Clare, head of Wealth Solutions EMEA at Aon, and to Jane Kielty, CEO of UK, Ireland and South Africa at Aon.
