Gemma Burrows joins UK Defined Contribution and Financial Wellbeing team at Aon

LONDON, 20 January 2026Aon plc (NYSE: AON), a leading global professional services firm, has announced that Gemma Burrows has joined the firm as a partner in its Defined Contribution and Financial Wellbeing (DC&FW) team, based in London.

 

Gemma Burrows joins Aon from WTW, where she led DC client leadership initiatives and was responsible for some of the firm’s largest corporate and trustee DC client relationships.

In her new role, Gemma will focus on delivering DC&FW initiatives across Aon’s expanding client base, as well as further developing the firm’s DC&FW proposition for both corporate and trustee clients.
