With continued rapid developments in technology, ecommerce and social media, the retail sector is experiencing a period of exciting change.
The current developments have impacted not only the more traditional functions of customer acquisition and client care, but also created demand for a range of new roles – ones that have a more prominent focus on omni-channel, user experience and analytics expertise.
To reflect these changes, New Bridge Street are adding a range of omni-channel job positions to their annual Retail Total Reward Survey.
Take part in our survey to:
- Have a comprehensive overview of total reward (inc. base salary, bonus, long-term incentives, pensions and other benefits) for senior roles in the retail sector
- Obtain insights for 60 roles from Chief Executive to Assistant Store Manager
- Get data on the new, business-critical roles requiring omni-channel, user experience and analytics expertise
- Receive analysis by revenue and location for store-based roles.
Survey participants will also receive an exclusive invitation to a complimentary briefing session, sharing an update on market developments in retail roles, as well as presenting an opportunity for discussion and networking with other senior HR professionals in the UK retail sector.
The survey is free of charge and requires senior role remuneration data submission.
Data submission deadline is 26 June, and the results report will be available in September.
