Debt Due Diligence

  • Providing Due Diligence support to lenders on borrower insurance placements offering lenders the comfort that their securitised loans are protected.
  • RAG rated reports are provided confirming whether the policies comply with the facility agreement

Mortgage Impairment

  • Assisting Long Leaseholders with contingent cover for the benefit of their lenders should duplicate Pool Re terrorism cover be required.
  • Provides a platform for lenders to secure contingent cover for their loan without having to rely on the borrowers policy

  • Providing cover against unknown risks during a transaction for warranties set out within the SPA.
  • Providing cover for known residual tax issues (either at fund level or transaction level) can be underwritten to release escrows or distribute cash held back for indemnities

  • Insight into climate risks for Real Assets and opportunities through a proprietary analytics system, in partnership with The Climate Service (TCS), a specialist climate risk modelling company.

Credit Solutions

  • Providing tailored Credit solutions including insolvency, default and political risks.
  • Bespoke Surety Bonds can be used to offset balance sheet liabilities, cash in escrow or to structure deferred payment solutions to extend payment terms. All can be used as a deal differentiator in a challenging Real Estate market
