As co-CEO of the global Aon M&A and Transaction Solutions business, Alistair is responsible for shaping the strategy for the business and working with the whole team, across 25 countries and over 12 solution lines on the execution of the strategy. As one of the earliest practitioners in the risk and insurance related M&A community in the late 1990’s, Alistair has been personally involved in hundreds of transactions. His experience in a range of non-M&A roles at a major global broker also provided him with deeper insight on how the industry operates. He is using these insights to support Aon clients to secure investments and enhance returns in M&A.

Luise O’Gorman is Aon’s Global Head of ESG Transaction Advisory Services working with both corporate and financial sponsor clients to help incorporate ESG considerations into the investment lifecycle. In this role, Luise is leading the development and growth of a holistic ESG proposition tailored to M&A and other transactions; designed to meet the growing demand for pre-acquisition ESG solutions and post-closing support. Prior to joining Aon, Luise was a management consultant with a career focus in climate risk, the energy transition, renewable energy and sustainability more broadly. Working with PwC, Baringa Partners, and as an independent consultant, she advised Central Government, regulators, investors and corporates in the UK and EU, particularly in the Energy and Financial Services industries.

In 2006 Pam joined Riverside, a global multi strategy private equity firm, where she currently serves as Vice Chairman and sits on the Riverside Investment Council. She is also Chair of the Board of the American Investment Council, a member of Aon’s M&A advisory board, a member of the board for Accordion Technologies and is a Trustee of the National Humanities Centre, where she chairs the audit committee. Prior to joining Riverside, she served for 22 years at JP Morgan Chase with senior roles in both the Real Estate Division and the Private Bank.

Will leads Aon’s Intellectual Property practice for Aon across EMEA and specialises in structuring complex IP lending transactions, enhanced with insurance. Will is responsible for driving Aon’s go-to-market strategy in EMEA and leads engagement with both insurance providers and lending capital partners. Will also advises Aon’s European-based clients on their IP Risk needs, including the availability and applicability of innovative insurance solutions.
Will has been with Aon for over ten years sending time in both London and New York. He has always focused on intangible asset solutions for multinational clients, first as a broker within the Financial Services Group, and more recently as a Director within Cyber Solutions.
Prior to joining Aon in 2011 Will was at the University of Birmingham. During his time in the industry he has become an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII).
