Join us in Newport on Tuesday 18 September for a mock police interview followed by a discussion by legal experts from DAC Beachcroft. By the end of the session you should feel far more prepared to take positive action.

The workshop will include a fictional case study in which you put yourself in the position of a Director or Manager and make some decisions that could have serious implications. The session will involve a mock Police and Criminal Evidence Act (PACE) interview, details of the prosecution case, a discussion on the plea by the attendees and ultimately the outcome for the defendant.

This interactive event is designed to assist any employee, manager or director with responsibility for Health and Safety.
