8th European HR Barometer survey – now open! 

Aon Hewitt and the European Club for human resources are pleased to announce the launch of the 8th European HR Barometer survey for participation*.

This annual research explores trends on people management practices beyond national borders and analyses the evolving role of the human resource function for 2013 – 2015. This year, there is a specific focus on employee benefits management, diversity and corporate social responsibility.

Survey participants will receive early survey results and a complimentary copy of the final report.

* The survey is open to HR Directors, HR Vice Presidents or Board members with European or global responsibilities. Participating companies should have at minimum 1,000 employees and have operations in at least two European countries.
