EMEA Salary Increase Survey – Winter Update 2013
The winter update of Aon Hewitt EMEA Salary Increase Survey has found that:
- 80% of organisations across EMEA have reduced salary budgets in the past 6 months
- Nearly one in ten employers are implementing a pay freeze in 2013
- Nearly one in five are implementing or considering implementing redundancies in 2013
The survey was conducted in January 2013. It covers 395 organisations across 44 countries and includes more than 2,145 individual local country data submissions.
