Combining GMP Equalisation and PIE
GMP equalisation can be a barrier to schemes getting on with the projects which will benefit their members the most.
In this session we explore how using GMP conversion as a way of equalising GMPs can be combined with a PIE exercise to increase the benefits of the exercise all round and leave behind a simpler pension scheme which is closer to reaching its end goal.
