19 November 2015 – Aon Insights Event

Aon Trade Credit, Aon Regional Marketing and Aon Singapore Sales & Marketing Teams have partnered with Coface to organise the Aon Insights event attended by more than 80 guests from corporate clients, banks, prospects and insurers.

Set in the luxurious Raffles Hotel, the event started on a good note with Hugh Burke (Head of Trade Credit, Asia) rising to the occasion as the event’s emcee. We were also very honoured to have Sandeep Malik, Chief Executive Officer, Asia, gracing the event with his opening address on the risk issues in the APAC region.

The keynote speech was provided by Julien Marcilly (Chief Economist, Coface) who shared his insights on the current global macro-economic environment, the prospects for the ASEAN region in 2016 and last but not least, the impact of recent events & what it means in practice for China’s economy.

Helen Clark (Head of Trade Credit, Singapore) and Fabien Conderanne (CEO, Singapore, Coface) hosted a vibrant and simulating Client Panel Session/Q&A with DBS Bank, OCBC bank, Concordia Agritrading Pte Ltd and Mark Kelly.

We have also given out Manchester United Training Kits to 3 lucky winners selected from the name cards collected at our reception desk.

Eventually the event ended on a sweet note with a wine reception and a delectable spread of hors d'oeuvres. After such a highly relevant event, many guests shared that they looked forward to many more of such Aon events in the coming years ahead.

In a world where it is the customers that make the ultimate decision of who stays in the industry, this is welcome news indeed.
