Jennifer joined Aon in 2003 in New York in the Professional Services group. Jennifer has extensive knowledge of the professional services industry and is well versed in the insurance coverage requirements for such firms. She advises on a wide range of insurance coverage and risk topics, particularly professional indemnity, management liability and cyber. In 2023, Jennifer was appointed Professional Services Industry Vertical Leader for the UK and EMEA. Jennifer regularly works with clients and Aon teams across geographies and across areas of practice. She enjoys the opportunity to support clients and develop long-term relationships with them.

Strategic Client Lead - Health Solutions

Claire is the Strategic Client Lead in our Health Solutions team supporting a portfolio of Professional services and Legal clients with Employee Benefit Solutions. With over 20 years’ experience working in the UK and abroad, Claire brings her knowledge across the employee benefits landscape, together with her team’s expertise on risk and healthcare broking providing solutions to clients to ensure their benefits strategy identifies emerging risks and people trends, funding solutions and responds to their unique people needs to attract and retains talent.

Sally Dunn

Executive Director, Professional Services Group

Sally joined Aon nearly 30 years ago. Sally was initially a market placing broker for both the Financial Services and Professional Services teams in London and Bermuda. Since 2011, Sally has been part of the UK retail team working with a range of Professional Services firms, including our major UK Law and Accounting firms and those with international offices. Her role involves assisting clients with the management of their risk including the design, placement, implementation and servicing of global insurance programmes, including Professional Indemnity, Directors & Officers Liability, Employment Practices Liability & Cyber Liability insurance.
