As Talent Practice Leader, Dr. Mauersberger is responsible for people management of the consultants in German-speaking area, quality, client relationship, and act as lead consultant and project director for selected global clients.
In addition, he is a member of the Global Culture and Engagement Council, a member of the German Management Board of Aon Hewitt and promotes the advancement of concepts and processes in talent management, engagement, leadership, and human capital strategy.
Dr. Mauersberger has an extensive experience in HR Consulting and HR Management. Over the last 10 years, he has consulted several blue chip companies in many industrial sectors leading on the design and implementation of international engagement and culture surveys and following organisational development processes as well as on leadership assessment and development.
Before joining Aon Hewitt, he was member of the board of management and project director in one of the leading HR boutiques in Germany. He has worked with clients from FMCG, Automotive Supplier, Automobile Producer, Pharma, Manufacturing, Chemical, Production, Energy, Financial Services, TIC industry as well as non-profit organizations. Dr. Mauersberger is Adept-15 certified and a trained systemic change management and organizational development consultant.
In his doctoral dissertation thesis, Dr. Mauersberger developed and evaluated a scientifically grounded and multicultural invariant engagement model which serves as a framework for engagement surveys for several international companies.
Jenny has an MA in French from Edinburgh University and qualified as a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland.
Jenny has been with Aon for over 17 years and leads the UK Talent Consulting Practice. She is also a member of the firm’s Global Engagement Council which determines how Aon continues to develop leading edge employee engagement solutions for our clients.
Before joining Aon, Jenny spent two years as a consultant with KPMG in London. Prior to this, she spent nine years with the Royal Bank of Scotland where she worked in a number of different areas including international division, finance, business process improvement and HR. She has experience in a wide range of people and change consulting assignments including employee survey design, analysis and insight and post-survey engagement improvement, leadership assessment and development, top team facilitation and coaching and the design and implementation of HR programs which are aligned with overall organisational direction and business strategy e.g. career frameworks, performance management processes.
