David Barrett is a business focused occupational psychologist and leading speaker in all areas of online assessment, recruitment, talent and human resources technology.

David is cut-e group COO and has founded the North American, UK & Ireland, MENA, ASEAN and Australian cut-e organisations. cut-e is a world leader in the design and implementation of innovative online assessments and related talent technology and expertise. Over 7 million people a year complete cut-e online assessments in 40+ different languages through its operations in 34 countries.

Through his work with cut-e David has advised some of the world's most respected companies, such as Dell, MasterCard, Etihad , flydubai, Telefonica, easyJet, Dubai Duty Free, PwC, Mubadala, JnJ, Rolls Royce and many others on how they attract, assess, hire and develop top talent at all organisational levels.

Laura has an MA in Psychology from Edinburgh University, an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of London (Goldsmiths) and is a registered member of the BPS and HPC. She is also level A, B and B+ qualified in psychometric testing (Hogan) and has a certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School.

Laura is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Executive Coach with over 10 years consulting experience in Employee Engagement, Talent and Leadership Development.

She focuses on employee engagement strategy formulation, survey design, analysis, executive working sessions, and action-planning training workshops to make engagement happen.

In addition to Employee Engagement, Laura's recent consulting experience includes:

  • 360 design, implementation and feedback delivery (individual and group sessions); including competency framework design;
  • design and implementation of skills development for clients, including: personal resilience, coaching, people management, decision-making, conflict management;
  • development and implementation of assessment and development programmes for leaders, managers, including Aon's Engaging Leaders programme.
  • Prior to joining Aon, Laura worked a Robertson Cooper and QCG, focusing on well-being, resilience and leadership development.

During his more than fifteen years of experience in the field of organizational psychology and mainly diagnostics and human resource development, Stefan Haeussermann managed numerous projects and trainings with e.g. Continental, Allianz, Daimler, Volkswagen and Belden. His main focus lies in the conception of management diagnostics and the implementation of both online assessments and 360° feedback processes. As a trained coach he is also experienced in discussing individual feedback and carrying out coaching sessions.

After completing his degree in economics at the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University and working for Allianz for four years, Stefan Haeussermann began to study psychology at the University of Mainz. At the same time he started working for the SHL Group plc., which is an international consulting firm in the field of management diagnostic. After successfully completing his degree in Psychology, Stefan Haeussermann continued to work for SHL and in his latest position managed the business area of diagnostics in Germany.

Since 2008, he has been working for cut-e, where he is responsible for the German business.

Andreas Lohff is a strategic assessment specialist and a distinguished business psychologist. As CEO of Aon Assessment Solutions, he leads the company’s growth and manages its international development within the Global Talent, Rewards and Performance practice.

Andreas runs major HR consultancy and management assessment projects for some of the world’s leading employers. He also oversees recruitment and employee development at Aon Assessment Solutions and is responsible for creating the mission, values and culture that are bringing global success.

Andreas co-founded cut-e Group, a global talent management and assessment specialist, in 2002 and was its Managing Director when the company was acquired by Aon plc in 2017. He transformed cut-e’s marketing and sales potential and oversaw the development of its proprietary psychometric talent assessment tools and advisory services, which enable clients to make better screening, selection and development decisions. Recognised as a thought leader in the assessment industry, Andreas is a frequent speaker at recruitment and psychology conferences and a regular contributor to the talent management and assessment media.

Prior to co-founding cut-e, Andreas set up the German subsidiary of occupational psychometric company SHL Group and spent 13 years with the firm, latterly as European Business Development Director. He holds a diploma in psychology from the University of Kiel, Germany.

As Talent Practice Leader, Dr. Mauersberger is responsible for people management of the consultants in German-speaking area, quality, client relationship, and act as lead consultant and project director for selected global clients.

In addition, he is a member of the Global Culture and Engagement Council, a member of the German Management Board of Aon Hewitt and promotes the advancement of concepts and processes in talent management, engagement, leadership, and human capital strategy.

Dr. Mauersberger has an extensive experience in HR Consulting and HR Management. Over the last 10 years, he has consulted several blue chip companies in many industrial sectors leading on the design and implementation of international engagement and culture surveys and following organisational development processes as well as on leadership assessment and development.

Before joining Aon Hewitt, he was member of the board of management and project director in one of the leading HR boutiques in Germany. He has worked with clients from FMCG, Automotive Supplier, Automobile Producer, Pharma, Manufacturing, Chemical, Production, Energy, Financial Services, TIC industry as well as non-profit organizations. Dr. Mauersberger is Adept-15 certified and a trained systemic change management and organizational development consultant.

In his doctoral dissertation thesis, Dr. Mauersberger developed and evaluated a scientifically grounded and multicultural invariant engagement model which serves as a framework for engagement surveys for several international companies.

Jenny has an MA in French from Edinburgh University and qualified as a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland.

Jenny has been with Aon for over 17 years and leads the UK Talent Consulting Practice. She is also a member of the firm’s Global Engagement Council which determines how Aon continues to develop leading edge employee engagement solutions for our clients.

Before joining Aon, Jenny spent two years as a consultant with KPMG in London. Prior to this, she spent nine years with the Royal Bank of Scotland where she worked in a number of different areas including international division, finance, business process improvement and HR. She has experience in a wide range of people and change consulting assignments including employee survey design, analysis and insight and post-survey engagement improvement, leadership assessment and development, top team facilitation and coaching and the design and implementation of HR programs which are aligned with overall organisational direction and business strategy e.g. career frameworks, performance management processes. Dan is a thought leader, technologist, consultant and change agent in the area of talent management, the future of work and the impact technology has on that future. He has more than 20 years of experience in the HR and technology industry. He has worked with industry leading companies around the world to help them transform their HR vision and strategy.

Dan co-founded Modern Survey in 1999 until 2016 when the company was sold to Aon and served as its Chief Operating Officer. He was responsible for the innovative and disruptive vision and strategy. Dan now servers as Partner and EMEA Talent Practice Leader at Aon.

As Aon’s EMEA Talent Practice Leader, Dan is responsible for the strategic, tactical and long-term leadership of Aon Talent. This includes the development, design, operation and improvement of the systems and strategies that deliver Aon’s superior solutions and services. Dan has an extensive understanding of how technology and strategy can be successfully applied to common business problems and will help organizations achieve the benefits of such solutions while maximizing the value of their workforce and the impact that workforce has on business results. Specialties: HR, HRIS, Human Capital Management, Performance Management, Customer Loyalty, Integrated Analytics, Predictive Analytics, HCM, Self-Service. Additionally, Dan is a versatile and innovative musician who plays several instruments and has shared billings with artists of national and international acclaim. He earned his BA degree in international relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Espen Skorstad is a renowned occupational and organisational psychologist who specialises in leadership selection, talent management and online measurement instruments.

He is Chief Regional Officer for Europe at cut-e, the global talent management and assessment specialist which was acquired by Aon plc in 2017 and is now part of Aon Assessment Solutions.

Espen joined cut-e and founded its Nordic operations in 2004. He leads the company’s talent management services and drives its innovations and expertise in areas such as bespoke assessment, job analysis, assessment centres, interview technique, knowledge engineering and e-HR. He also supports clients - including Carlsberg, DNB, Ericsson, Norsk Hydro, the Norwegian Red Cross, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Siemens and Telenor - with issues relating to graduate screening, management selection and 360-degree feedback. Espen has worked outside of Europe for clients across Asia, the Middle East and North Africa and set up the cut-e presence in MENA.

Before joining cut-e, he was a senior consultant at occupational psychometric company SHL Group. He has lectured on the Norwegian School of Management’s Executive MBA - and in industrial and organisational psychology, and organisational change, on a Norwegian government aid programme for a university in the Limpopo Province of South Africa.

Espen holds a higher degree in clinical psychology from the University of Oslo, as well as specialist qualifications in occupational and organisational psychology from the Norwegian Psychological Association.

Anne-Catherine founded the French office of cut-e and has been running since then cut-e activities in France and cut-e projects in Luxembourg, Belgium, Morocco. She is now driving a passionate multicultural team of business consultants and psychologists to design and implement innovate online assessment solutions for French-speaking markets. She also oversees the translation and adaptation of the psychometrics tools in French.

Driven by innovation and entrepreneurship, Anne-Catherine has an extensive experience in HR consulting - especially in assessment, recruitment, training -, in project management and in business development, in multicultural environments. She had the opportunities to support clients in all sectors - BNP Paribas, Société Générale, EDF, Manpower, Arvato, … - on their issues in attraction, pre-screening, screening, development.

Before joining cut-e, Anne-Catherine had founded her own company in assessment and recruitment in multicultural context. Previously she worked in Reuters as account manager and product manager, and in Akteos as business development manager, and was involved in many volunteering projects.

Her international experiences gave her the opportunity to work in 5 languages on all the continents and to develop a strong interest in globalization / localization issues in organization and HR strategies. She hold an MBA from ESCP Europe, Paris, and a certificate in Project Management from the University of California, Berkeley.
